ViDAI is a self-custody storage device. That means a few important things you should understand before you buy:
- ● We never take custody of your crypto-assets. We cannot move, freeze, or recover them.
- ● You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase and device PIN.
- ● If you lose your recovery phrase, no one — including us — can restore your funds.
- ● ViDAI does not offer trading, exchange, lending, staking, or investment services.

Frequently asked questions
Is ViDAI an exchange or a place to buy crypto?+
No. ViDAI is strictly a hardware storage device. We do not buy, sell, swap, trade, custody, or facilitate transactions in crypto-assets. You acquire crypto elsewhere and store the keys on your ViDAI device.
Who controls my funds?+
You do, entirely. ViDAI is non-custodial. Your private keys are generated and stored on the device. We never have access to your keys or assets.
What happens if I lose my device?+
You can restore access using your recovery phrase on a compatible wallet. If you lose both the device and the recovery phrase, your funds cannot be recovered by anyone.
Do you collect my personal data?+
Only what we need to ship a product and respond to support. We do not collect your keys, recovery phrase, or wallet balances. See our Privacy Policy.
