This policy explains how we ship the ViDAI hardware wallet. We ship in discreet, tamper-evident packaging to help protect the security of your device.
1. Where we ship
We ship to most countries where the sale and import of cryptocurrency hardware wallets is lawful, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. We cannot ship to embargoed or sanctioned destinations.
2. Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination and chosen method. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.
5. Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
6. Tracking
Where available, a tracking number is provided once your order ships so you can follow its progress.
7. Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact help@vidai.sbs and we will help resolve it. Do not use a device whose tamper-evident seal appears broken on arrival — contact us first.
